Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your tour booking. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, and to provide you with clear guidelines on what you can expect in case of cancellation.
Cancellation by The Customer
If you need to cancel your tour booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Each tour will have a different cancellation timelines which will be shared with you during the time of booking. you need to follow the following template for all tour bookings:
- If you cancel before the “No obligation date” of tour departure date, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel between “No obligation date” and “threshold date” of the tour departure date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel after the “threshold date” of tour departure date, or fail to show up for the tour, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by The Tour Company
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or safety concerns, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of your tour booking. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur as a result of the tour cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of the cancellation date, and will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Please note that this refund policy applies only to tour bookings made directly through our company. If you have booked a tour through a third-party vendor, their cancellation and refund policy will apply.
