Some people fall into travel by accident. Briisco Chandra built a 25-year career around it, one boardroom, one airline partnership, and one operations centre at a time — before finally building a company of his own. His journey through the travel and aviation world reads like a map of the industry itself. At Amadeus India, he spent nearly a decade as Vice President of Contact Centre Operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director and running service delivery for a global portfolio of aviation, hospitality, real estate, and technology clients — along the way representing the organisation as Executive Product Director for fares at APG, managing fare filing on ATPCO for carriers like Air Tahiti and Safi Airways, and striking a cross-border partnership with Germany's Hitchhiker GmbH. Before that he was with R.D.M a joint venture between the Bird group and Lufthansa. The years that followed took him deeper into leadership: Senior Director of Operations at Fareportal, Vice President of Travel Operations at NIIT Smart Serve running multi-geography teams across India, the Philippines, and Germany for clients like Air Berlin and Emirates Holidays, and then Chief Operating Officer of Voyzant Inc., where he carried full P&L ownership of a CAD 150 million business spanning India, Canada, and the USA, led 350 people, and personally secured marquee partnerships with Travelport, Air Canada, and Discover the World. Somewhere in between, he found time to advise a start-up European airline entering India and to pick up certifications in everything from Six Sigma and COPC to Robotic Process Automation, Design Thinking, and even a drone pilot's licence — a curiosity that never really switched off. Trivoyager was started from ground zero — no legacy systems, no borrowed playbook — with Briisco personally setting up the IT infrastructure, CRM, telephony, and operating SOPs, and personally sitting across the table from corporates, resident welfare associations, and senior citizen groups to understand exactly what Indian travelers actually need. That hands-on instinct is why Trivoyager today moves as comfortably between a corporate offsite, a bespoke leisure itinerary, a wildlife safari, and a wine trail as it does through the far more sensitive world of Medical Value Travel — coordinating hospitals, doctors, ground transport, visas, and accommodation for patients and families who need every detail handled with care, not just efficiency.
